I have completed the transaction, but the status shows expired.

This can happen for several reasons :

  1. Sometimes this happens when the bank settles the transaction late. We advise, waiting it out to allow the transaction to be settled automatically by the bank. In most cases, the transaction will clear within 24 hours.
  2. Should the status remain the same after 24hrs, please raise a ticket via the dashboard, against the transaction, together with a copy of your payment receipt so that our team can investigate the  transaction.
